Samantha Kappagoda, Chief Data Scientist of Numerati® Partners and Independent Director / Trustee of Credit Suisse Funds, was invited to speak at the Director & Boards’ Character of the Corporation Conference in New York City on November 20, 2024.
Samantha participated in a panel entitled Inhuman Capital: AI, the Workplace and the Board, was moderated by John Bremen, Managing Director, Willis Towers Watson. Her fellow panelist were:
- Michael Chertoff, Former U.S. Secretary, Homeland Security; Advisor, American Bar Association Artificial Intelligence Task Force
- Valerie Mosley, Director, DraftKings, Eaton Vance and Envestnet

She is also Chief Data Scientist and Co-Managing Member of Numerati® Partners LLC, and Visiting Scholar at Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences NYU, advising research activities at RiskEcon® Lab for Decision Metrics @ Courant Institute..
